About Quob Park Estate

Quob Park Estate is a technology and investment company from Wickham Hampshire, United Kingdom. The company offers investment services mainly for private investors, but is also open to working with retail investors. Founded by Rob Terry in 2003, Quob Park Estate invests in companies in the early stages of business that can benefit from market and digital transformation to achieve exponential growth.

Revenues of the company are earned through a variety of activities such as consultancy and advisory fees, management charges, debt funding and equity investments.  Although additional capital from high net worth partners and funds is used as needed, Quob Park Estate typically uses its own capital to make investments. Shares will also be offered for consideration for acquisitions or to raise additional financing for debt funding and equity investment opportunities.

In 2014, Quob Park Estate reorganised into two separate divisions. Quob Park Solutions focuses on rationalising already acquired investments and technologies, while Quob Park Porfolio focuses on making new investments in relevant industries. As a result, a large r portion of revenue will be billed directly to end user clients rather than being billed to or onwards billed via investments.

Quob Park Estate identifies potential investment opportunities and only takes them on after careful consideration. Typically, the company seeks out opportunities with businesses that are underperforming or are undervalued, but have great potential if provided with support and guidance. If Quob Park Estate determines that returns of 50% or more can be achieved within a period of 12 months, the investment is considered further.

Another major activity which Quob Park engages in is working with the companies that have been invested in to provide support, guidance and advice. Quob Park is targeting companies in Canada because of the regulatory and legal changes that are on the horizon.

Quob Park Estate has already proven its methods in past achievements, and most recently in meeting share price targets, boosting them above and beyond the £50 per share goal. Current share targets are now £80+. As long as this goal is met, Quob Park Estate will offer its first IPO by 2022.
